Tajwańskie jedzenie
Nie pamiętam prawie żadnej nazwy potrawy, ale nadrobię to. Na Tajwanie można skosztować bardzo szerokiej gamy potraw azjatyckich, także jestem już po tradycyjnych obiadach tajwańskich, koreańskich, chińskich, japońskich i tajskich.
Niektóre rzeczy są bardzo dobre, niektóre mniej. Popularne jest tofu, bardzo dużo potraw jest z niego robionych. W zależności od tego jak jest przyrządzony smakuje jak gęsty bezsmakowy budyń, lub chrupkie coś innego... wszystko smakuje całkiem inaczej niż poza Azją. Poniżej na zdjęciu 'Stinky Tofu'. Jak sama nazwa wskazuje, zapach nie powala na kolana (czasem przy większym stężeniu jest nawet bardzo męczący i nieprzyjemny), lecz mimo to jest przysmakiem dla wielu Tajwańczyków.
Zupa ze zdjęcia była zrobiona z makaronu, tofu, grzybów, które wyglądały jak ośmiorniczka, kawałków wieprzowej wątroby (którą na zdjęciach trzymam w pałeczkach) oraz kawałków kaczych i kurzych jelit - mimo, że uwielbiam polskie flaczki, to ta potrawa nie przypadła mi do gustu. Za to poniżej deserowa wersja tofu. Tym razem tofu pływa w mleku sojowym, w towarzystwie rodzynek, kawałków lodu, orzechów i czarnych perełek - czegoś. Słodkie, zimne i dobre na deser.

Hej Kubuniu :) oj, chyba Ci sie tam coraz bardziej podoba ... - od kilku dni nic nie napisałes, bo pewnie wolisz zażywac tajwanu .. i super - tylko rób zdjecia i zbieraj opowiesci, by później nadrobić !
